SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The men’s tennis team went 2-1 on its spring break trip to California, bringing its record to 7-6.
On Sunday, March 14, the Raiders opened the trip against UC San Diego, losing 7-2. They bounced back on Tuesday when they squared off against Point Loma University and eventually came out ahead 5-4. ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ then picked up its second win of the week over Claremont by a 4-3 score on Thursday.
Evan Ambrose was the only undefeated singles player on the week, winning both of his matches against UCSD and Claremont.
ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ begins Patriot League play on Sunday, March 27 against Bucknell.
